At Jay’s TechWorld, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase or service, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Unlocked devices – all sales are final and non-refundable after checkout.
- Custom-built gaming PCs
- Opened or used accessories (such as cables, chargers, headphones)
- Digital products or software
- Gift cards
2. Refunds & Processing
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returned items.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
- We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on headphones for a $25 deductible + shipping fees, covering loss, theft, defects, and physical damage.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
4. Repair Service Policy
- Customers will be notified via email or text regarding their repair balance and payment options.
- Repairs must be paid in full before the device is shipped back.
- If the issue persists after the repair is completed, you will receive a 50% refund to cover part costs and labor.
- Return shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility and will be added to the final invoice.
