- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely.
3. Shipping and Returns
3.1 Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
3.2 Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on headphones for a $25 deductible + shipping fees, covering loss, theft, defects, and physical damage.
- Other product returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging (return shipping paid by customer).
- Repair services must be paid in full before the device is shipped back. Customers will be notified of the balance via email or text.
4. Warranty & Repairs
- Repairs come with a free screen protector when applicable.
- We offer warranties on custom gaming PCs; details provided at purchase.
- Any unauthorized tampering voids the warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jay’s TechWorld is not responsible for:
- Third-party product malfunctions.
- Lost or delayed shipments due to carriers.
- Customer misuse or improper handling of products.

All content, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of Jay’s TechWorld. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
