At Jay’s TechWorld, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping rates, and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Custom gaming PC builds require 2-4 weeks for assembly and testing before shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)
- We ship to the United States only at this time.
3. Repair Service Returns & Shipping
- Customers will be notified via email or text regarding their repair balance and payment options.
- Repairs must be paid in full before they are shipped back.
- Return shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility and will be added to the final invoice.
4. Replacement Guarantee Shipping
- Headphones eligible for our 30-day replacement guarantee require a $25 deductible + shipping fees.
- Replacement shipping fees are calculated separately and must be paid before dispatch.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Jay’s TechWorld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for resolution.
